Kafrit Industries (1993) Ltd (“Kafrit Group”), a global masterbatch and compounds producer, is proud to annouce that they have acquired Delta Kunststoffe AG of Weeze, Germany, a leading producer of Conductive and Technical Compounds, Additives and Color Masterbatches in Europe, on October 2, 2022 from Delta’s previous owners. With the acquisition of Delta Kunststoffe AG, Kafrit is significantly expanding its footprint as a global leader in the field of Masterbatch and Compounds, creating significant opportunities, efficiencies, and synergies between Delta Kunststoffe AG and Kafrit Group.
